Leadership Enhancement and Achievement Project
The Leadership Enhancement and Achievement Project (LEAP) consisted of two parts this year: a term-long programme for Form 3 students, and a summer programme for chairpersons and vice-chairpersons from Forms 4 and 5 in July 2019. The former programme culminated in a two-day-one-night camp on Lamma Island attended by 28 students and four teachers, and the latter in a three-day- two-night camp at Wu Kai Sha, attended by 40 students and seven teachers as well as many alumni.
The programme is designed to assist junior form students to learn how to socialize with other participants, and establish bonding within a team. Participants were split into groups to take part in different problem-solving tasks so as to train up these skills.
