Joint Uniformed Groups Orientation Camp
The three uniformed groups of our school - Scouts, Red Cross, and Girl Guides - organised an orientation camp from 27th to 28th September 2019 for all the new members joining them. Eighty students attended the camp and were led by nine teachers. The aims of the camp included enhancing relationships between new members and student leaders from senior forms as well as fostering friendship among the members of the three uniformed groups. Activities included an adventure race, a campfire and team games to allow participants to nurture their interpersonal and leadership skills. This provided a great opportunity for the new members to learn about the culture of our school and about their respective uniformed groups. All the new members had an enjoyable experience at the camp.
