           Physical Education will further promote the qualities of desirable moral behavior,

           cooperation in community life, the ability to make sound decisions, and the appreciation
           of aesthetic movements.  Ultimately, this will help students become aware of their own
           capabilities  by  systemic,  objective  measurement  of  growth  and  physical  progress,

           stimulate recognition of movements as an art, and finally provide education in the
           construction use of school and post-school leisure time.
